Her vast experience, both personal and professional, enables her to connect with a wide-ranging audience—from first-time dog owners to seasoned pet lovers. Education
Alisa is a proud alumna of the University of California, San Diego (UCSD), where she earned a B.A. in International Studies with a minor in Psychology. Beyond her academic achievements, she has expanded her expertise through specialized training, achieving certifications as a KPA Certified Training Partner, Licensed Family Dog Mediator and Licensed Un-Chase! Trainer, which further endorse her proficiency and dedication to forwarding the welfare of dogs and their families.

Personal Life
Beyond her professional pursuits, Alisa enjoys exploring the great outdoors with her dogs, indulging in the beauty of nature through hiking trails and enjoying the sport of dog agility with her whippets! Her lifelong obsession with animals has developed into wanderlust for wildlife destinations. To hold Alisa over between adventure trips, she avidly consumes wildlife documentaries, podcasts, and books.
Alisa’s mission is to empower both dogs and their owners to live fulfilling lives together, leveraging her expertise, empathy, and enthusiasm to make a positive impact on the canine-human bond.
