I think we have more similar opinions than you think Nicola! No one on our team advocates for using aversives in training. We only promote LIMA (least intrusive, minimally aversive) training. Dog Daddy is a huge proponent of aggressive, intimidating, and cruel “training” tactics. Maybe you are confused about the individual you are defending?

So you think digging dogs in the kidneys, yanking them round like a rag doll and choking them out is good dog training. I am no dog trainer but even I got a reactive dog to live and play with other dogs. Time, patients and effort is all it took and owners with calm laid back dogs. All done in dogs time not mine. And calling anyone who says anything against him get called names that are so dangerous without knowing the person as they live other end of the world. If you think that is fine more fool you. And why dog orgs are saying they have serious concerns on his training method. There a few in America as will as the UK have put out statements saying so
