Hey there, Bridgett. The best solution would be to enlist the help of a certified dog behavior consultant, who can observe you pooch in person and provide some advice.

He also jumps on their heads and strains to get near them if I pull him off. How do I get him to greet dogs more respectfully? One of these days he will do it to the wrong dog and get hurt.
