One of these things is not like the others…
I made peanut butter balls on Thursday. My friend Shawn wanted some with white chocolate but it wasn’t melting very well so he got ONE!
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup peanut butter (I use creamy)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box powered sugar
Melt butter. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Shape into small balls (They get a lot thicker once you dip them in the chocolate) and place on cookie sheet. Refrigerate for at least a few hours (I leave them in overnight). Melt chocolate candy wafters (the kind you get at a craft or party store) in a bowl in the microwave and dip each ball (I use a fork to dip). Place on wax paper covered cookie sheet and refrigerate for at least 15-20 minutes until chocolate hardens. They are excellent with dark chocolate. I yield about 60. People seem to like them cold so I leave them in the fridge at work until I give them out.

Has there ever been a recipe that starts out "2 sticks butter" and doesn’t end in heaven? Mmm.
Heh, good point!
