   Having a child on a GFCF diet has made it very difficult to locate foods to help make her feel like she’s included when other kids are eating or there’s a party in school. This item helps do just that!
   Great texture and flavor…I highly recommend!

   When I bought these, I bought them because they were dairy and gluten free. A lot of people with Celiac-Sprue can’t digest milk and of course, gluten, but a lot can’t handle SOY either and these bars were full of SOY and I had to give them away. An expensive mistake. I do not know if it was listed as an ingredient on line. I do not remember reading it or I never would have bought them.

   Among the benefits of eating high-quality dark chocolate: the flavonoids help prevent clogged arteries, which actually HELPS prevent insulin resistance; dark chocolate lowers blood pressure and is full of antioxidants; cocoa butter is a heart-healhty fat. Now take all those facts and remove the sugar, and you have a wonder food!!

   These bars have a marvelous, smooth consistency and a delightful semi-sweet flavor. I am never tempted to eat more than a fourth of a bar because a little dark chocolate goes a long way, and because there isn’t any sugar which–at least in me–triggers cravings. At 70% cocoa, I thought these bars might be a little too intense, but they aren’t at all: they are healthier than dark chocolate bars with 55% cocoa and they are absolutely delicious. WELL WORTH THE MONEY!!!

   Coco Polo’s ethics and commitment to producing a truly healthy product are right on the label (and consumers should ALWAYS read labels). Too many companies these days are manipulating phrases like “low fat,” “green,” “natural,” and even “sugar-free” (which isn’t equal to carbohydrate-free), but Coco Polo is NOT one of those companies!! THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL DARK CHOCOLATE TREAT THAT EASES MY MIND AND IS GOOD FOR MY BODY!!!

   It’s not frozen peanut M&M’s. But if you like dark chocolate and almonds, this is the best I’ve found that has no sugar. I have tried to eliminate sugar from my diet (I still get an ice cream now and then) and you just need a treat once in a while. I like the almond bars, but one day I accidentally bought the bars with cherries, and to be honest I like those even better, though they do contain the sugar in the cherries.
