   For anyone on a keto, atkins or low carb diet, here is the breakdown,

   This is based on a serving size of 7 pieces

   CALORIES 150 (50 FROM FAT) TOTAL CARBS 33g

   Saturated fat 4g, trans fat 0g, Cholestrol 10mg, Fiber 0g & Sugars 0g

   Ingredients: Hydrogenated starch hydrolysatc, artificial flavor,color
   added (caramel), Splenda.

   I was reluctant to order these candies or any others, because I did not
   have this information. Now you have it & can make an informed decision.
   These root beer candies are delicious, though the licorice flavored Go
   Lightly candies are 1/3 of the calories & less than 1/2 of the carbs.
   I will enjoy them both, but have to order the licorice more frequently,
   because (due to less carbs & Calories) I will be having them more frequently.

   I originally thought these might of been those mini candies, which are about half or 1/3 the size
   of a traditional hard candy. Was pleasantly surprised that they were full-size candies and they
   taste good, too!
