   I have a hard time finding sugar free chocolates I like, especially assorted packs without coconut (which I am allergic to). These are delicious. I usually prefer dark chocolate, but the caramel ones are so good with milk chocolate. Price is good, and I am buying more today!

   I used to buy Russell Stover’s sugar free candy until I discovered I had Celiac Disease. Once that happened, I could no longer buy my favorite candy because it is processed on shared equipment that also processes products containing wheat. The least little bit of wheat makes me sick and unbearable to be around for days. Even I can’t stand myself when that happens! I discovered these on a trip to Walmart and I don’t even miss Russell Stover anymore. These are delicious and very satisfying, and if you order them through Subscribe & Save, you can buy three bags for about the same price as you would pay at Walmart, and you don’t even have to leave your house. My Walmart doesn’t stock these so I ordered them online, but these are so popular that you are limited to one bag most of the time. They are always either out of stock or your cart automatically downsizes your order to one bag. This is a very good price for a hard to find item that is truly delicious. I prefer the caramel filled candies and wish I could buy a bag with just those bars in them, but since I can’t, the plain bars are also nice. They are pretty evenly distributed in the bags so you don’t get cheated on either flavor. I don’t eat these every day, but when I do eat them, I limit them to two little bars. They are very satisfying and pack a wallop in the taste department. Thank you Hershey’s and thank you Amazon. This is a really nice sugar free candy and is very affordable especially with a subscription. I love them.

   You know what, I was thinking the same thing that everyone thought when they first saw this item… “Sugar free? Chocolate? But that can’t be! It must taste awful!”

   They actually don’t taste that bad at all. It’s a little different than sugary chocolate, but that’s to be expected. It does taste sweet, but different. You probably wouldn’t want to eat more than 4-5 of these as I’m sure the amount of sugar substitute wouldn’t be that great for you, but it would probably still be better than eating the equivalent amount of regular chocolate.

   Something I’ve found is that I can’t really eat more than one or two of these. It doesn’t make me feel sick really, it just upsets my stomach very slightly (perhaps that’s a good thing). I took away a star because of this and because this product is a little pricey.
