Meal replacement,
I use these a quick full meal replacement. I usually have one of these for breakfast with a glass of 1% milk (I hate skim milk). There are a lot of flavors but the chocolate brownie one is by far my favorite. They are easy to carry with you if you are traveling but they do melt if you are not careful. I had that happen a few times.
When I went on a diet I ordered a lot of these. They are not “diet” bars per se but they work well for that. I used these and some green tea and raspberry ketones Green Tea Extract 60 Capsules (500mg) + FREE 50 Grams Raspberry Ketones Powderwhen on my diet. This worked well for me. The green tea and ketones curbed my appetite and these bars filled in for breakfast and lunch. I lost the 20 pounds I wanted to in 6 weeks.

Great..but beware if you are concerned about your blood sugar,
For those that aren’t already familiar with Quest Bars:
Quest Bars are my go-to protein bar. They are one of the few “true” protein bars out there. They’re much more nutritious than your typical store-bought protein bar (more focused on good ingredients, less focus on making them taste like Snickers with all kinds of preservatives) while at the same time still tasting pretty good. The protein/calorie ratio is high compared to most bars, and you’re not getting as much junk with it. These also fill me up more than most protein bars, despite usually being fewer calories.
For those already familiar with Quest Bars:
Just comparing flavor/consistency, the Vanilla Almond Crunch is one of my favorites (and I’ve tried all the Quest Bars). It’s a fairly mild flavor so unlikely to upset you, and there are little slices of Almond in it. Consistency is about on par with the Cinnamon Roll ones, smooth and medium hard. Not rough/hard like the Chocolate brownie or soft like the Apple Pie.
I typically eat an Apple Pie or Mixed Berry bar in the morning, and Vanilla Almond Crunch or Peanut Butter in the afternoon.
For those worried about blood sugar:
Beware that among the 10 flavors of Quest bars there are actually two separate lines. One line contains sucralose and the other is more natural and does not. The lines are broken down by flavors…
Contain Sucralose:
Chocolate Brownie
Apple Pie
Mixed Berry Bliss
Vanilla Almond Crunch
Peanut Butter Supreme
Natural (no Sucralose):
Cinnamon Roll
Strawberry Cheesecake
Lemon Cream Pie
Chocolate Peanut Butter
Coconut Cashew
Notice that the Vanilla Almond Crunch is in the line containing sucralose, so you will want to avoid this one if you are diabetic and get one of the flavors from that second list.

MAY NOT BE SAFE FOR DIABETICS,
I’m a Type II diabetic and tested my blood sugar before and after eating this bar and it spiked my blood sugar a whopping 60 points which means there are far more than 2net grams of carbs in the bar. I’ve also tried the cinnamon flavored bar and the vanilla almond crunch and have experienced the same results. If you’re diabetic, please test your blood sugar before and after eating to ensure that it’s healthy for you.
