A real heroine,
I read this book because I loved the Amish Vampyre series by this author. And was I surprised at the versatility and talent of Ms. Michaels! WC is such a nice, long, romantic read – lots of plot and detail. And Kat is a person, a young woman with inherent strength, flaws and normalcy, unlike so many of the perfect heroines featured in romance novels. Another woman can identify with her and admire her for her tenacity and empathize with her self doubts. Mia, the little girl, is beautifully portrayed and so believeable. The hero is hot but also a regular guy, Kat’s black knight with such a big heart. Can’t wait to see where this series is going next.

What a life-like story!! In depth characters that held my attention like no other. I felt that I was attached to each person as if I’d known them for years. Motherly love & struggles, steamy romance, controversial family quarrels? Yes, please!!!! Can’t wait for the rest of the series!!

This is a MUST READ! Kat is an amazing character. She’s a strong independent woman and completely adorable all at the same time. White Chocolate has a wonderfully touching storyline and an AMAZING love story!! I would definitely recommend this romance to all of my friends ; )
